Renaissance SA Ratings, BVA 139, was founded in 2004 and became a SANAS accredited B-BBEE Verification Agency in 2010. The company was registered for the sole purpose of carrying out BEE Verifications in line with the BEE Scorecard developed by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) and the requirements of the R47-03 as set out by SANAS.Renaissance encourages a learning environment where all staff are up to date with the latest developments and interpretations of BEE LegislationWe are known for our proficiency and efficiency

Our Process
Receive Request
The application form is sent to the client.
This application form provides us with information necessary to provide a quota
Quotation
A quotation is provided to the client
The Service Agreement is included in the quotation that details the process and terms of verification
Invoice
Upon receipt of an accepted quotation and signed Service Agreement.
An invoice is provided to the client.
50% deposit is payable.
Document Review
Assigned Analyst conducts the document review.
The process and BEE score is explained.
Discuss initiatives and documentation required.
On-Site Verification
Analyst conducts the onsite verificationVerify requirements and documentation and conducts interviews with sample selectedFinal 50% invoice.
Completes Report and Scorecard and submit for review to Verification Manager
Quality Control
The Verification Manager reviews the
file for correctness of score and completeness of supporting evidence.
If required, provide recommendations to the Analyst on any amendments.
The Technical Signatory performs the final quality check and issue the Certificate and Report and Scorecard.
